Confidentiality – What is shared here stays here. This is a space for open, vulnerable, and authentic connection. You can share your journey but keep other women's identity and sharings confidential.
Support & Generosity – Show up for yourself and others with kindness, encouragement, and a willingness to give and receive.
Respect & Inclusivity – Honour diversity and each woman’s unique journey without judgment or comparison.
Content Boundaries – All content shared within Reclaimed is for your personal use as a verified member. Please do not share, copy, or distribute materials outside this space. Breaching this agreement may result in removal from the community.
Personal Responsibility – Engage with the content and community in a way that nurtures your growth and respects your boundaries.
Video & Visibility – To foster deep connection and trust, cameras must be on during live sessions if you wish to participate and have your questions answered. Sessions may be recorded, but no personal shares will be used for promotional purposes without your explicit consent. Any promotional content (video/images) will focus on general discussions, teachings, or non-sensitive moments.

She has helped countless women reclaim their confidence, purpose, and impact. As a mother of four, and founder of 2 heart-centred companies, Kareena has been on a lifelong journey of self-discovery and reclaiming. She has stepped away from conventional models of business and parenting and has embraced her intuition to build a life of deep purpose. Her mission is to guide women back to their own inner wisdom, helping them create lives that feel aligned and abundant....Why? Sophie's Reclaiming Journey
Sophie Scanlon is a highly respected Health and Wellbeing Coach with extensive experience working in world-class retreats, including Gwinganna and The Golden Door. After a near fatal car accident, Sophie embarked on her own journey of reclaiming her wellbeing, self-worth, and purpose. She understands firsthand the importance of deep self-care, holistic wellness, and inner connection. Through Reclaimed, she offers women the tools and support to rewrite their own narratives and step into a life of vitality and self-trust...Why?
