Life can be busy, often challenging and also filled with plenty to feel grateful for. Our limited mind (ego) likes to find proof that its stories of lack, hardship and limits are true and so it works hard to bring to our attention all the suffering and ways life lets us down.

To begin changing our life's direction, and to feel generally happier in our day to day, a powerful step to take is fostering true, deep, heartfelt gratitude.

We do this by actively looking for the good, the beautiful, the wins and the love that surrounds us...the proof life has our back and that we are powerful, loving and infinite beings.
